Sessions :Before booking a session with Holly Magor please read all terms and conditions before purchasing any sessions .
I will provide you a safe supportive environment .
I will be honest but non -judmental and will want to help you to the best of my ability .
I am not psychological or counselling or any type of therapy /medical professional and should not be constructed as such . Sessions will be arranged directly with myself and you to a date and time that we both can attend , The client will leave after every session with an action plan to help them move forward . I may ask the client to complete certain tasks after the session to be completed however the client does not have to undertake these sessions and only complete tasks on which they are happy with and feel comfortable on doing so.
Cancellation policy : if you are unable to attend your session please let me know as soon as possible . In the case of cancellation and I am notified less then 24 hours full payment will need to be made . In exceptional circumstances we can also re arrange the date
Confidentiality Every session with myself is completely confidential . I do not sell , exchange or release your personal information including email address .phone number ,Your information is not shared with any other third party or company outside of billing unless we have a concern for your personal safety or the safety of anyone else . It is not possible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically through emails and computers connected to the internet .
Liability: Holly magor coaching through Heartbreak and separation coaches with care and support however Holly does not accept any liability to the client , The client is responsible for the actions he/she takes or does not take following coaching sessions .
Payment : Payment can be made by bank transfer , cheque , or cash whatever payment method is easiest for you . Payment needs to be made before coaching session has taken place ,
